Completed Land Use Alternatives Open Houses (2022)
The City of San Marcos hosted two in-person Open Houses in June 2022 to review the Land Use Alternatives Report. A summary of the input received at these Open Houses and through online surveys is being prepared and will be shared upon its completion in August 2022.

Virtual Open House #1: Housing Priorities
The City of San Marcos hosted a virtual open house to allow community members to share ideas about housing in our community. The City also hosted a “live” virtual presentation online using Zoom Meetings on Tuesday September 29, 2020 at 6:00 PM based on the material provided below. The meeting was facilitated in English and Spanish and the project team was available to answer questions from the public.

Visioning Workshop #1: Values, Issues, and Opportunities | March 11, 2020
As part of the City’s comprehensive General Plan Update (now on hold), the project team hosted a community workshop focused on gathering the community’s input on values, issues, and opportunities. The event was held on March 11, 2020. The workshop presentation can be viewed here.
